"Went on Saturday 9/30 at 6 pm and there was a sign on door "closing at 8" but the doors were already locked! Went again this morning and now the sign said closed" also went last night to Hertel Ave store...also locked before it should be. STOP building if you cannot even get enough employees for the stores we DO have!!!!!"

"This location on William St. is constantly closed when it's not supposed to be. I've tried to go here twice since we moved into the area. First time the girl was turning people away at the door cause there was no A/C. Registers worked, power was on, but apparently they can't work without A/C. Second time was today. Handwritten sign on the door says they are open till 6pm everyday due to renovations or whatever. It was 5:06 pm. Door was locked. No one there. Very poor management. Don't bother going to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down Union Rd. That location is amazing!"
