"Drove all the way out for a pickup that was listed in stocks, but when I got there it wasn't. Store was also fairly unorganized. Only giving 2 stars because the employee who helped was professional and did apologize for the confusion while agreeing that it made no sense Definitely won't be back."
"We purchased a dishwasher along with a protection warranty. Within the first few months it stopped working. When the service tech came out (weeks later) they were nice, but told us they could only do a minor repair and weren't able to fix the main issue because it was "installed incorrectly" and to call the installation team. When we called the installation team, they told us there was nothing they could do and to call the service team. This exact same runaround happened on four more service calls over the next two years. All the while we dealt with poorly washed dishes that we still had to rinse afterward. We made a final call to them the week before our warranty was set to expire, and because the first appointment available was after the expiration, they wouldn't do the repair without charging us $700 COD. The service techs have all been wonderfully understanding and done their best to help. But when they refer us to the service manager he is totally unhelpful. Just tells us there's nothing he can do, call someone else. One service manager told us that Best Buy appliances are a "roll of the dice" and his best advice is buy your appliances somewhere else. Another told us he is ashamed by how poorly customers are treated by Best Buy, and that they will do anything to avoid helping the customer. Every employee I've interacted with has made it clear that they're embarrassed with the things they have to tell me and wish they didn't have to treat customers this way."
