"Never will I shop there again! We took my mother to look for a refrigerator and found one that she was interested in. She was told delivery was $79 and that was to the end of the driveway. He said she should have $100 cash with her and she could negotiate with the delivery people to put the the fridge in the kitchen and hook it up. We questioned why, and she was told this is the rules. Completely unacceptable to us, so we purchased the refrigerator elsewhere."
"Good prices nice workers My dryer belt broke and he sent someone right out to repair for nothing the nice man Kevin fixed it in minutes I will be shopping there again and sending my friends"
"Very happy with the washer and dryer I purchased. The delivery was quick. I had to exchange the original dryer purchased for a smaller one due to not being able to fit in the door to the basement. No questions asked, the owner did a full exchange and delivered the following week. I highly recommend!!"
"I am pretty shocked by the negative reviews I have to give them five stars Bob took care of me was very good to me very accommodating no hard selling or any of that. I purchased the dryer took it home and it was defective I talked to Bob he told me to come in and pick out anything I wanted and then they delivered it and picked up the defective unit, for which he apologized which really wasn’t his fault I have my new dryer it’s working wonderful I had a minor issue I called the next day the repair man came out very professional took care of it and I am very well satisfied, I do realize I purchased a used unit so no one knows what’s going to happen with it but I feel good about my purchase and the treatment and the service was much better than any retail store that I could go to."
"Owner is a scam artist. Purchased a dryer, few months later it died. Put in a service call, warranty only covers parts, not labor so had to go there and pay $97.50 in advance for the repair guy to come out. He arrived 3 hours late, took a look at the dryer and said "The owner never gave me the part sorry" Then left. We then swapped the dryer out for another obsolete model and told the owner I wanted a refund for the service call since no labor was done and no part replaced. The owner refused and said the tech driving to our house is considered "labor" He's just a BS artist, BBB notified as well. Why charge a labor fee when no work was performed. Avoid! Also even though dryer was replaced today he back dated the warranty to October. Edit: A dryer from 2006 is not "brand new""
