Went to put the cart back in the building (the "in" door) because didn't need to take the cart to the lot while walking out the manager HITS me with the row of carts she's bringing in then accuses me of shoplifting and demanding my receipts...once I show her, she tells me she "had a day" ... never again going here!"

"My experience was almost three years ago in January 2021. My mom suffered an accident there due to NEGLIGENCE. My mom got tangled up in a misplaced palette in one of the aisles. She fell backwards to the floor and hit her head hard. She had undergone brain surgery not long before that happened. I was scared to death. She almost lost consciousness lying on the floor. There were witnesses. I guess there is also the video. They did not want to take responsibility then. They don't even want to take responsibility now for the bad experience we had and the scary moments we suffered. Even weeks later we were scared of something happening to her after that brutal fall. Now, what they are waiting for is that the three years are over to say that the claim period is over. How is it possible that big companies like this are so insensitive, and the people who represent them in cases like my mom's are so much worse! How do I know was negligence? Well the manager told one of the employees: "who put that palette there? That's not supposed to be there! Remove it!" Well that's sounds like negligence to me. And I have witnesses. I will never shop there again and I would not recommend it to anyone. The star I gave is because I don't have any other choice."
