"I recently purchased a property with an old model Sub Zero fridge. Sentry came out and did a diagnostic to check the refrigerant system. The tool detected and found 2 very small leaks. After recharging the system she’s back to normal temp levels working like a charm. Ray is a super knowledgeable SUB ZERO expert.... apparently they’ve been working on SUB ZERO models for decades. So if you own one don’t waste your time calling anybody else - these people are great and the service call fee is worth it to save a $10,000 fridge."
