He not only knew how they worked but had experience cooking, baking, steaming, dehydrating and more. Tom uses all the products and is able to first hand explain how they work and why they are the best on the Market. Tom's knowledge and expertise were beyond reproach. It was Tom's ability to explain all to me that was even more amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and made me feel that I was important. I could feel by Tom's knowledge that he truly loved all the products he sells. Tom even came to our home after installation and reviewed all again. MKS is lucky to have him working for them."
