Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Brier Creek

"This was a nice hotel. The breakfast was one of the better qualities I've had at Hamptons. There was a pool but no hot tub. There is also no on-site restaurant, but many good options within walking distance. The biggest annoyance was no drawers to put my clothes in. There were a few small shelves in the bathroom but that was it."

"The service here was great the check in and out were both seamless. The room was cleaned and neat. The pillows were so uncomfortable I like flat pillows and theirs were not that. It was quiet and we heard some airplanes but they weren't obnoxious where we couldn't sleep. The shower definitely fits 2 but the water pressure lacked A LOT! The breakfast is a whole different situation they had hot and cold food the hot was bacon, potatoes, and cheese omelettes and the cheese was sour on the omelettes and the potatoes were dry and definitely not fresh so instead we decided to check out and go to Starbucks instead. It's good for a one night stay and did the job but if it was a multi night stay I would bring my own pillow and breakfast or not stay here."

"A flight cancellation led me to an unexpected stay here, and on an extremely stressful day of being stranded, this hotel was a great experience. Seriously, the best experience I've ever had at a hotel of this tier. The room was large, recently updated, and super comfortable, the woman at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name) was SO friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was fast for working remote."

"This hotel NEEDS to be the standard for Hampton Inns. Everything was perfect! The location was safe, peaceful, easy to walk around, convenient access to shopping and the highway. The hotel itself was immaculate - everything was spotless from the gorgeous lobby to the incredibly clean and updated rooms. The breakfast was the perfect example of what a Hampton Inn breakfast is supposed to be - everything was stocked, all the hot items were hot and kept fresh, the juice machine worked, and the breakfast staff did an excellent job of keeping the space clean. Even the parking lot was in excellent condition and free from garbage. This is exactly what guests should expect when staying at a Hampton Inn. Every single little detail was taken care of and THAT makes all the difference. The staff at this hotel is amazing for maintaining such a great hotel. We were so happy to find this particular Hampton Inn on our travels. Great work!!"

"It looked and felt amazing. I really was going for a 5 star until I lay down on the bed. Just better laundered sheets and newer pillows would have made it perfect. They didn’t smell fresh or as crisp as the other Hilton locations I’ve visited recently. I hope that my next visit this changes because otherwise this was beyond 5 stars."
