"I was skeptical due to the reviews but, we went and had an amazing time! Some of the amenities were under construction.. we didn't mind. Our room was oceanfront. The restaurant onsite was amazing. The front desk workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy compared to others. We had no issues. For the price it was worth it. We will be returning next fall!!"

"Our stay was from 9/8/23-9/10/23, ii could give negative stars would. First of all the customer service was terrible. While trying to check in I had to wait for the employee to carry on a non-work related conversation with another employee all while keeping her AirPods I her ears (unprofessional in customer service). I inquired about the inadequate parking and security which had no response. There was a parking lot party going on every night blocking spots and no resolution from the employees. The smell of alcohol and weed were obnoxious at a “family resort.” The condition of the hotel was run down and the rooms were below average. Don’t waste your money or time, the website is a poor representation of the true condition of the hotel."

"There’s no room service, but any time you need toilet papers or towels changed out all you have to do is walk down and get some kinda sucks but it’s not that bad. The views are amazing. The rooms are OK. Kinda dirty but not filthy, toilet was running. The hotel was under construction so it was kinda run down looking in some areas. The price they charge is obviously high due to the summer and amount of demand there is. But what saves the whole trip and will get this resort a 5 star is the huge water park so much fun for the kids , the pool which is 9 feet so you can swim around , and the easy access to the beach can get out of the pool and into the ocean in about 50 feet . Along with being close to all the cool attractions at Myrtle beach. They have a convenience store on the property that has everything you might need. Elevators are slow but there’s 2 if you can’t wait just take the stairs. There’s so much to do you barely will be in your room anyway. Front desk service was fine to me I didn’t experience any rude service in fact it was really pleasant the whole time. If you want a 5 star luxury room this isn’t it but this is great for the kids to have a blast and good eats in town made it a great vacation!"
