"As a HH member & 1st time stay here…my rating speaks for itself at a 3/5 Room although clean, thermostat in room was inconsistent when you try to set it to a certain temp. Carpet had a musky almost pet urine odor Staff of 1 person trying to check in people caused delays Location ok but dead after about 9, No wine, beer or happy hour service nor any to purchase."

"No one tells you Broadway is dead at 9pm. Location is fine but off-season not worth it. Go anywhere else. Rooms were poorly appointed."

We then had a few more encounters and spoke with some friends who had the same opinion on Pat! He made me very happy and was so kind! the ideal personality"

"The room was very clean, the service was outstanding. We had a direct path to Broadway. My favorite part was the tub. I love a great big deep tub. The room was just like the picture. My husband and I will be returning again for a small getaway."

"Airport shuttle to hotel was a black Benz sprinter. It's easy to pinpoint from the 15 minivans. The front desk was awesome. Full of energy at 11pm when we arrived. Great breakfast. If being on the beach it's your biggest wow; this is the perfect spot."
