"Staff had excellent customer service skills, greeted us as soon as we walked in. Staff was available to answer questions and the dressing room was open and actually clean and organized. They had a lot of options crop tops and jean shorts. Loved the fact that they had a lot of options and different styles."

"Forever 21 tends to have reasonable prices, and even more reasonable sales. Their clearance section is relatively expansive, too. The clearance, on my last visit, was $1 accessories, $5 clothing, $5 shoes, and $9 outerwear. As you can imagine, these are extremely good prices. Jumpsuits and dresses for $5, even. Usually, there's a 25-50% off and a 75% off section, however, and those are amazing prices, too. Also notable are the different "genres" of clothing in different sections. While it might be expected to see lingerie and sleep wear in its own section, Forever 21 also seems to have like things paired, which makes finding specific styles a bit easier. The dressing rooms are nice, as well. They latch and are roomy (though no locks)."

"Wish the store didn't look like such a mess - there are clothes and shoes thrown around all over the floor on regular occasion. Absolutely filthy yesterday afternoon - even when we came back hours later to double check. Sometimes you have to hunt and wander quite a bit to find employees to help you, but they're thankfully quite nice. The lack of cleanliness distracts from the great selection of items. Prices are pretty affordable, but if you're looking for durable apparel, look elsewhere."

"I've been here several times when I visited the mall. It's pretty big and spacious. Staff were helpful and the clothing display was also nice. There's a fitting room open and Men's clothes section as well (pretty small compared to women's). They have pretty large variety of f21 clothes in affordable prices and nice designs. If you ever visit the mall, I recommend checking this store as well :)"
