"After purchasing a blouse and jacket from this store, I got home to realize that a button hole was missing from the blouse, and I wasn’t very fond of the style of jacket. I went online with a coupon I had, and ordered a few other items along with a jacket I found to be a more attractive fit. I went into the store this afternoon to return the 2 items I’d purchased in store. Immediately, I was questioned as to why I didn’t just purchase items within the store vs. online. I replied and then was told that they get credit for the purchases in store and even online through the store and I should always do that instead. Well… to the incredibly rude lady behind the counter… I will let you know that EVERY purchase I make from now on, will be online. In addition to this experience and ironically enough, after returning to my place of employment, it turns out that 2 of my colleagues have had similar experiences. Treat your customers with respect before you lose more of them."
