"Larger rooms/full kitchen appliances etc. this place felt more like an apartment. I felt safe where I was. The only downside was that elevator was not working( I’m located on the 2nd floor) not sure if elevator issue had been fixed; where my room is, I can easily access the stairwell and be at my car."

"With all of the bad reviews I honestly was scared and almost canceled our stay. Upon arriving there was an office at the location but I no sirens and no “drug users” in site I believe the owners just upped their security (per previous review comments) the staff was friendly the room was nice , clean and LARGER it even had a kitchenette I didn’t expect. They will charge a refundable deposit for your stay but 100% would stay again. And I brought my children and felt safe with all four of them for anyone worried about the area."

"The front desk staff are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met in a hotel/motel setting. The housekeeping staff are so nice. I was hospitalized for pneumonia and they tried to tell me because of that my pets, they called animal control. When I was finally discharged, they had the nerve to tell me they would not be able to allow me to renew my reservation. I had to call animal control to obtain my traumatized pets. I wanted nothing more to do with this place after that. Moving out on Saturday, one of my cats was no where to be found. One of the housekeepers helped me look everywhere for her. I checked every day until today when I pulled the stove out and there she was. Bottom line, find another place to stay."

"My cat literally caught fleas from this place, there were roaches all over the place and black mold in the bathroom above the shower including a water bubble a foot long in the ceiling. I cannot express the roaches, I’m going to have to go through my luggage and leave it out so I don’t bring the infestation home and now I have to get my cat groomed (and sedated because he hates it) and then get flea prevention which he is an inside cat only and has NEVER needed flea medications! This is ridiculous. There are always kids screaming and yelling and stomping up the stairs, the doors don’t close all the way so you have to slam them then lock them. People on drugs standing outside all the doors walking around and screaming at eachother I cannot express how poorly maintained this building is and how they take advantage of people who have poor credit and literally live here because no one else will approve them and don’t take care of the bugs. I’m praying there are no bed bugs either. Wear shoes 24/7 even in the shower. Only stay here if you have no choice and ask to stay at the top floor so you don’t have to hear people stomping and the outside door slam every ten seconds. Also the housekeeper or whatever you want to call them bleach the room when people move out—I know because the people next to us left and I woke up to the strong smell of bleach gagging and I had to go outside because I’m pregnant and cannot be in the fumes. I have no idea what they could be bleaching because there are smudges all over the place like it never been cleaned and stains and just so many roaches. DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE WITHOUT FLEA PREVENTION! Also breakfast is a joke. Vending machines don’t work either."

"Great place to stay for my family. Location was good to the Airport and what I was going to see. Room was spacious and clean. I would have liked to have a hair dryer and the "breakfast" was more like coffee and a muffin. Coffee could have been hotter. Staff was helpful as I needed a cardboard box and they provided me with one which was nice. It was a good stay. Not any real service to talk about but that was expected."
