"I have been living at this complex for over six years and they have always done right by me. I was worried about the change in property management, but Southwood Realty has been great. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and thoroughly, and the maintenance guys are always very nice and respectful.They also keep up with preventative maintenance and preventative pest control. The front office staff has been friendly and willing to listen to concerns, and take action on those concerns. I’ve had very few problems over the course of my time here and each one has been handled with professionalism and care. Lease renewal has been easy, and rent increases remain reasonable, not outrageous like some of the horror stories you hear. Overall I have been extremely happy with this apartment complex and would recommend it to others."
