"Fire the black guy with dreads who watched another associate for a while today at 6:25 pm check cameras struggle with over 6 customers while he conversed with a customer. Completely unacceptable!"

"They false advertise. The prices on the on the shelf are not what you pay and they make you pay for the price it rings up as. Their customer service is just as horrible as the false advertising. I'll stick to Walmart where I wait in line for 15 minutes."

"Went today to this location and an employee there a short girl with braids and glasses was with a stank face the whole time and with an attitude. I really didn’t appreciate the way she was acting. Im a hispanic female and felt kind of discriminated by her attitude. The Cashier who ringed me up told me she was out of pennies and this young lady im talking about told her she doesn’t have to let customers know that they’re out of change because there’s a sign at the door, which I didn’t see posted anywhere. It’s the customers money, you need to let them know!! If you don’t like your job, look for another one because customer service is not your thing!!"

"I visited Family Dollar Holloway street location. Upon entering I was stopped at the door by a young man and women who stated that i was unable to enter the store because I did not have the proper mask on. I returned to my car to retrieve my face mask. After returning to the store I noticed that no employee in the store were wearing their mask properly. The young lady ,young man, and another worker that was stocking were not wearing their mask corretly all of their masks were worn under their chins not covering the full face. Please if you want your customers to wear mask upon entering your store make sure that your employees are following the directions that they are giving to the customers."

"I would like to know why a store that is a wonderful store to shop at can't give "Cash Back" I can understand some days but everyday I have never shipped at a family Dollar and was told no- Cash Back unless the was an issue with the register... I really think this issue should be fixed so customers can utilize that Great Cash Back Option Family Dollar allows it's customers to have.. Also all employees should be helping keep the Store Organized and Restocked .... Also when you clip your coupons and provide number it's not subtracting the Coupons still being charged full price and when you mention it to manager she says your not clipping right but when you log in to your account the coupons are sitting waiting to be used and like others we all want our discount can you all please fixed this issue so customers are getting there great clip coupon discount!!"
