"I used to be able to get in and out quickly going through the self checkouts. This is now the only Home Depot in the area that has closed down two of their self checkouts. They now operate only two of the four self checkouts with "assisted checkout" due to the increase of theft. I now go to the Lowe's next door since they still do self checkout!"

"Margaret is phenomenal. I believe she is one of the managers at this location. She helped me order a door, patiently walked me through the whole process and was so helpful and kind the entire time. Then the next day when I had an issue with the scheduling department I called not even meaning to get to her but she solved the issue within the hour. Amazing customer service from her specifically and because of her this will be my go to location for all my home related needs and as a first time home owner I’m sure there will be more. "We ordered a Frigidaire washing machine and clothes dryer stacked combination for our condo from Home Depot. The delivery team who brought it in set it up in only 10-15 minutes as we were stop 11 of 14 they had that day. After they departed we ran a load of laundry and discovered the washing machine was making an extremely loud grinding noise that would not stop while the machine was running. The unit also was not leveled and moved a lot when running. We called Electrolux who sent out a repair technician the next day. Turns out, the delivery team did not unpack the styrofoam packing underneath the washer tub and so the tub was rubbing on the packing material!!!! The Electrolux technician removed the styrofoam and leveled the machine properly and right away the noise level dropped to normal. See attached video and photos. Sorry for the other customers on the route that day that this delivery team delivered to. Unacceptable customer service by Home Depot’s contractor team and totally unacceptable that Home Depot has NO quality control over the delivery service they use. They should properly train and supervise the delivery personnel."
