"Total scam & terrible service. I will never use or recommend them, EVER again. Backstory my refrigerator went out and the replacement from Lowe’s wouldn’t be in for awhile so I rented one from here. The first issue they make you pay ahead in total. Umm ok. Normally when you go to a store you pay anyway but they took well over what was needed more than $80 extra for a $10 week rental and refuse to refund just credit on a new contract. Not ok. The second issue was the fridge delivered was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t wipe down not nothing. Apparently per a prev manager they don’t clean equipment between uses. What in the unsanity? Come get this nasty mess. And last the 2nd delivery didn’t work, wouldn’t get cold after 2 days at all. Smh. Worst service ever and I get WEEKLY text about starting a new contract with the credit of $88 I still have which they REFUSE adamantly to refund. Absolutely never again…"

"I rented a laptop. I had issues with the laptop, they provided a loaner, they fixed it. When I was late they worked with me. When my 90 days was up and I missed it by a couple of days they worked with me and let me pay out as originally planned. Service has always been good in my opinion. The store smells like standing water and needs a thorough cleaning. The merchandise is presented well and the staff is friendly. They call enough to make sure that you don't forget to pay, annoying at times, but that also gives you a chance to be on time. I would purchase again and have referred to others."
