"I paid over $400.00 for a large piece of art to be framed. After three weeks and the due date arrived I was informed they did not have the piece done and nobody seems to know where it is. This was coming from the manager. Absolutely, the worst customer service. Definitely don’t use Michaels for framing go ANYWHERE else."
"Always shop here but today I witnessed a white manger/shift leader speak so foul to a POC employee over literally tearing some paper that was touching the floor out of a label printer and it was so sad as a customer to see that because if she is okay with doing that in front of customers I can only imagine how she treats employees out of sight of customers. Do better. It’s literally a retail job and never that serious to treat your employees poorly."
"Better be wearing a heavy coat in this store. Went in as they had nice Gildan 100% Cotton T Shirts for $2.00. Great ! Could not stay long as the huge hvac vents were pumping out cold air in 65f weather. "Corporate has control"."
