"Drove over thirty miles one way to pick up toner that showed in stock on the website. Couldn't locate the item so I asked an associate for help. He plugged the item number into his palm pilot only for it to show that it's a delivery only item. So I showed him my phone, the fact that I had the correct store selected and that it showed in stock. When I asked why that is, his response. "That's just the way it is." Not cool Office Decepto. I'm also pretty sure this falls under the false advertising statute. Thanks for nothing. My attorney will be in touch."

"The white guy named Paul (I think) is weird. Came in this past week and he seemed like he didn’t want to help me (even though that’s your job). He had an attitude the whole time and even talked to the other employees in an aggravated manner. If you can’t deal with people, don’t work in customer service. Not shopping here again if I have to deal with him."

"I placed a print order online. I called about an hour or so later to see if it was ready and they assured me it would be ready at 3:30pm. When I came into the store all I had to do was pick up my oder from the shelf real simple. I also needed folders and was in quite a rush. The store manager Moss picked up on the sense of urgency and directed me to the resume folder section and helped explain the different options. He even helped me at the register so I could be on my way. It was a smooth experience. Shoutout to MOSS!"
