"Me and my bro went the food was really good came up fast and hot. The customer service was great. Very pleasant to talk to and got every detail of my complicated order correct I will be going back here in the near future 10 out of 10 stars. I got my first basket of fries ever."

"Has to be the worst food I have ever experienced from any fast food restaurant. My quarter pounder looked and tastes like it had been cooked twice and microwaved. The burger was like beef jerky, the cheese was hard and orange, the bun was burnt, and the entire sandwich smashed. This was 100% old food that was just placed in the burger clam and reheated. I feel my food was purposely sabotaged because I ordered fries with no salt. 15$ a hour and to lazy to make someone fresh fries without salt. I took pictures, threw the whole meal in the trash and will be contacting the local health department. I think you can find better employees then this for what you are paying. Anyone that was making burgers on 1/18/24 at 11am should be fired. There is now way someone could accidentally mess food up this bad."

"I told the young guy Three times what I wanted on my cheese burger. Three times! Cheese and Mac sauce only! I get all the way home took one bite and bout threw up. It was not even cooked! Had onions , mustard, ketchup and pickles on it! This McDonald's needs some new employees or retrain the ones they have, before someone gets sick from eating under cooked food! Maybe they all should take a servsafe class. (I'm willing to bet they'd all fail the test). Look at your food before you eat it!"

"I ordered 2 large fries with no salt and it took 20 minutes after getting pulled and for me to go inside to get my order. Upon going inside to get my order that i was pulled for the workers in the window disregarded the manager who came in after my order was placed and thought the situation was funny that nobody brought my food out to me. They were told to apologize and no one would, then the manager apologized to me and the workers in the window and the bagger continued to joke and laugh about the situation. It’s incredibly upsetting that i was completely disregarded by these workers after waiting 20 minutes consider i have low sugar and was depending on those fries in a quickly manner. The manager that came into the situation was more than helpful and polite. The workers on the other hand im completely disappointed in and they not only need a conversation had about customer service but having respect for their manager in charge. I will not be back to this location because its proven that those who come and spend their money are not taken seriously. There was four workers up front not including the manager and the location was not busy at all, there was some window orders and nobody in the store. This is highly disappointing."

"I really hate that it seems I only write negative reviews but, if any place deserved it.. wow. I am standing in the dining room waiting for an order watching one of their workers literally yelling and cussing at customers.. one of which had been waiting an hour for her order.. and then slamming finished food down on the counter.. Then they had the gall to claim that the problem was because they only have "2 people back here" when I could see 5 in the kitchen without having to move from between the 2 order screens."
