"Though there is a wait time as they take one customer at a time at the drive thru, their service is pretty quick and they’re always friendly. Food is good, too."

"Waited 45 minutes for our order and it was wrong upon receiving it and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it right. The dining area was dirty and seemed like no one was in charge at all. Person after person walking out without ordering because no one was helping them. No service whatsoever."

"Stopped at Wendy's this evening to order food for the fam. Had to go inside because I can't sit my car idle for too long with radiator issues. I should have stayed in the Drive-Thru anyways. The poor woman working the front counter received hardly any help and hella side-eye from her co-workers. She was bombarded with constant Door-Dash orders, a long line of people, and a terrible manager. Through no fault of her own, service was incredibly slow. As one customer pointed out, the Drive-Thru was zipping along at rapid speeds. There were at minimum 6 people on the drive-thru area... but one poor woman up front with no help... fulfilling in house orders and delivery orders as fast as she could. The manager of this Wendy's is the one at fault, and should hire more people for the up front area. As well as slap some sense into the other's standing around doing jack-all at the drive-thru."

"I’m really disappointed with Wendy’s tonight. I ordered a small frosty. What I got was a cup that was less than half filled. The cashier told me they were out of small cups and were using medium cups instead. I bet the extra food cost of filling my medium cup to the top would have been pennies. Wendy’s gets a F from me tonight!"

"Ordered a biggie bag and the chicken nuggets had fly eggs and larvae!!! How long do nuggets have to sit for flys to lay eggs on them! I was only offered a replacement and not a refund. Why would want more food from the place that gave me fly egg chicken nuggets!? Absolutely disgusting. Reporting to county health inspector asap."
