"Went drive thru for big order. Was missing food and the supremes in the boxes were hard and very small. Went back and they made it right and added some free pies. I'll go back but hope for better service and better food."

"On three separate times we have asked for sauce and not found it in the bag. Last two of those three occasions we asked if the sauce was in there and they said yes in the bottom. It was not in the bottom. I just want honey mustard dude."

"It was 920 and asked for two grilled chicken bowls and was told they had already cleaned the grill even though we would wait the 20 mins on it. Then proceeded to ask for bo berry biscuits and said only had one, then at the window was told they had none. Super disappointing since at most Bojangles I have a good experience but here I never do. Wouldn't recommend."

"Just passing through and 4 of our 5 party members said something just didn't taste right from this location. I don't want to speculate but maybe the water used to make the batter is not filtered? The chicken just tasted off from other locations that we have tried in the past."

"As requested I'll share how to improve this rating in the future. 1. Despite begging for seasoning on my fries at this location it never happens.... Ever. Changing this one thing would be enough for 4 stars. 2. When I forget to ask for the honey mustard at the speaker, maybe be a little more understanding at the window. The attitude and mannerisms are less than friendly usually....yes I know I shouldn't forget at the speaker. But.... 3. Last but not least... Please change the Bo-Round oil. I don't even order them anymore because they just taste like old oil so often. And there ya have it. 3 small easy changes and BAM! Up to 5 stars you go. I hope this has been helpful to someone."
