"The pizza was a little bit over cooked but it was still good. The girl at the window was the best. I didn't get her name but she is the star in customer service. She checked everything at the window where I could see her and put all my sauces in a bag. That was the first time anyone had ever done that. Great worker. Short with brown or maybe black hair in a ponytail. Had a smile on her face! That is the reason people like this place, wonderful people like this young lady!"

"Went through the drive through and pizza wasn’t ready which was fine. The lady at the drive through told me “give us about 4-5 minutes” and told me where to go park and i specifically asked if i needed to come inside and get it and she said no and told me to go park and they would bring it out. After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot i walked in and the employees were behind the counter on their phones and i asked where my food was and they handed it right to me, it was ready and they never brought it to me. Very bad customer service & they didn’t even apologize or attempt to make it right, just handed it to me. People don’t seem to care or have customer service anymore."
