"I went in Sunday night and ordered a personal pizza ham and let's just say it wasn't up to standard. The general manager called me and asked if she could make another pizza to give them another chance. I said yeah that's fine. She ended up going above and beyond and making me a couple of extra things and this time it was really good. Thank you!"

"Do not patronize this business! They need to be shut down and dealt with by Pizza Hut corporate This location is committing fraud regularly! They are accepting orders online, charging customers money while they are not open. They are also making it incredibly difficult to try to get a refund. You can never actually talk to anyone, you call the main customer service number for Pizza Hut and you get some call center who tells you it's going to take one to three business days for them to get back to you and they never do."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 1/10/24 online, got a confirmation email and estimated time. Get a text from doordash that my order is being sent via them. Check doordash for an update and my order was canceled. No one at stores answers, customer service # I found was no help and said oh we'll refund your money in 7-10 days. I shouldn't have to wait that long for a refund if it was still processing, they should have been able to cancel the transaction, however Card was still charged for almost $50 and no food ever received from pizza hut and no refund Ended up going to dominoes and getting food."

"I guess it’s time to fine another pizza joint. Ordered online and paid. Got to the store and there was a sign on the door saying closed manager left. The employees that were there said everyone quit. Not their fault, now to figure out that refund. Update, I was able to get a refund today."

"Placed order online for carryout for 1:15p. Went and there is a sign of 1p to 9p open hours and the dining area is closed. It's now 2pm and I am calling after waiting all this time, get placed on hold for 15 min. I call back and person that answers says their closed till 3p. He says he will call his manager when I tell him the sign says 1-9p. I never get taken off hold, another 20 min. I just want my money back now. I have spent so long waiting and on the phone that is beyond ridiculous. Then he wants to blame me, I dint control the app. It lets me order."
