"I went to Arby’s because of an ad about the bacon cheeseburger sent to my mailbox. The sandwich looked good, so I decided I would give it a try. That was a BIG MISTAKE!! The food was cold and not good. I want a REFUND!!"

Like it had been sitting in water. 3. We were the second person in the drive through, and to wait for the meat to finish cooking. "While walking up to the establishment the parking lot was very cleaned, no long line in the drive thru. And upon walking in everything was cleaned and orderly to perfection couldn’t have asked for a better experience as far as cleanliness goes. The cashier was extremely sweet she was so patient while my grandmother,Aunt and I was ordering our meal. The food was made to order NO errors no flaws but overall the experience was flawless and amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you enjoy a place that HAS THE MEATS!!!!"

"My husband went there tonight to get 2 French dips sandwiches and he was in line for over 20 minutes only to get home to find one of the sandwiches to have cut up jalapeños on it. I’ve never known them to do that. It was almost like someone did it on purpose. He tried to take them off but it was still hot. I’m sure there was about a half cup of peppers on the sandwich. Photo attached… never going back for sure."
