"We were driving through yesterday and decided to get a quick bite and went inside. Fries burnt old and no salt what so ever. While the shift manager was literally saying our order doesn’t exist and just rude we decided to sit down and wait. Over the next 30 or so minutes the way we heard managers talk to other employees disgusts me. Who can in their right mind talk to people in that fashion I hope the owners care enough to see this because if I worked here I’d sue."
"I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo. When I got to the window, they asked me to pull ahead. After 15 minutes and MANY other customers getting their orders, I went in and they had JUST gotten my order completed! Food was NOT fresh. I don't know why it took so long for a basic order."
"Just ordered a Mchicken and they somehow mess it up. Not only did they let three people on the other side of the drive through go before me, but they mess up my sandwich. Tell me why my Mchicken bun was hard as a rock and then didn’t even come with lettuce and mayo. Worst experience to come home and realize they mess up your order. Waste of time and money"
"Just order small fries because that is all you will ever get no matter what you order. Ordered a Big Mac and got essence of burger smothered in 20 pounds of lettuce. 2nd and last time this will happen to me."
