"Beto and Juliette always do a great job with my mini poodle. Santiago at the front desk is always very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend scheduling early AM visits which are generally shorter than mid-day appointments."
"I recently brought my Chow Chow to this outstanding grooming facility, and I'm beyond impressed!! The staff's genuine care and attention to detail were remarkable, ensuring my dog's comfort and well-being. What sets them apart is their flexibility – they accommodated us last minute without compromising on the quality of care. The grooming results were flawless, and everyone was so helpful and attentive to ensure that Simba would leave happy! Their passion for animals is evident, making this facility a top choice for anyone seeking exceptional service and true dedication to pet well-being. (I’m attaching a picture of Simba)"
"Last Saturday, Bailey had his grooming appointment. Home Doggy did another excellent job however a few days later, Bailey started coughing, hacking and started sounding like a goose honk. After a Vet Appointment it was determined to be kennel cough. Bailey is a house dog, does not like other dogs and only goes to the bathroom on a wee-wee pad. I called Home Doggy on Thursday, spoke to Martha to make them aware that my dog got kennel cough and to be alert. Martha instantly defended Home Doggy and insinuated that it would have been impossible for Bailey to get kennel cough with them and I probably was to blame. (Note: I have had Bailey for 10 years and this is the first time he got kennel cough). All I wanted to do was make them aware of the siltation so they can possibly address it - and Martha said and did everything to agitate the customer (me). Tactics like putting me on hold and not responding to call backs. Then when trying to escalate to the owner, Rodrigo - I was told that he would call me back. That was 2 days ago. I called back again today and asked the staff to have Rodrigo contact me - that was 3 hours ago. It is obvious that this team isn't for me any longer - when a small business does nothing to address the situation (just a simple returned call) it is obvious they don't care that they lose that 1 repeat customer. They do not understand how valuable it is to keep the repeat customer especially when I carry Bailey and everyone asks who did his grooming. He is a free advertisement for Home Doggy. Not anymore. The owner and staff do not present the level of customer service that I expect - that every repeat customer should expect. Choosing to avoid making a phone call or apologizing for someone else's behavior appears to be beneath Rodrigo's duties as the owner and shows no compassion for the situation. UPDATE NOVEMBER 12th – 7:25PM Thank you Rodrigo for responding. I recall you saying that Martha and your other manager never told you about our phone calls and it was “new” news to you when your stepson called you after my conversation. Yes, you did call me – but your call was purposely delayed because of lack of transparency and you wanted to contact your team to get the details. I can appreciate the need to have all the information before contacting a disappointed customer. I am not sure what spurred you to believe that your phone call made me want to remove the experience? I don’t blame Martha, she did apologize to my wife but based on our call - You mentioned to me that Martha can sometimes say things that are not always appropriate or go defensive when feeling a little pressure. Well, if that is a known weakness, why aren’t you trying to strengthen her skills – I am not going to tell you how to run your business. I haven’t been in grooming for 22 years and didn’t graduate top of my class. But I don’t think it takes a degree to know that each day is a new opportunity to make today better than yesterday. My review does not have a bad mention of your knowledge, quality or experience. Nor does it have a bad mention about Martha’s care for animals. The review is based on the lack of customer service. You have been texting my wife for weeks asking to delete the review – the review I left so that the community is aware of our experience. When you get the 1 star, it is up to you as the owner to ensure that HomeDoggy doesn’t get a negative review again. You learn from it, and you shouldn’t ask the clients that left the negative review to remove their experience. Since we decided to not remove the review, your response - “well you can not be a client until you remove the review”. Which is fine - Bailey will find another trusted groomer the same way we started with HomeDoggy. My last rant, I can’t believe you quoted me $300 for Bailey's teeth cleaning - he has at most 10 teeth and he weighs less than 10 lbs. Same price as a large breed? At this point it doesn’t matter, but the reason I bring it up was because I saw the review from Ashley Byers and based on how our experience went down, I am on Team Ashley."
"A wonderful groomer that gives gorgeous cuts plus bonus services like teeth cleanings. My dog always comes home perfectly groomed with matching bows and bandannas. She’s always happy to see me with no signs of stress."
"Every time i take my standard poodle to Homedoggy I’m so happy. Not just because my poodle looks absolutely perfect afterwards but because I know that I can trust everyone at homedoggy to make sure Georgie is healthy, happy and well taken care of during her groom. All my photos are from different times Georgie was groomed look how happy she is!"
