"I’ll try to give us comprehensive a review as I can. I made the appointment for the annual check-up online with very little trouble, which is really the highlight of the visit. I requested a time in their virtual portal, and received a response within 24 hours hours, confirming my appointment. I was given the time of the appointment and told to bring a stool sample. This is important later. I arrived at the office and was asked to sit in a crowded lobby with a large dog that was barking loudly. I chose not to sit down because my cat was already unsettled by all of the noise. Thankfully, within minutes I was invited back to see the vet assistant. None of the assistants that came into the room introduced themselves. One gave me a quote of $500 (with no explanation of why it costs so much) and left the room, the other I tried making conversation with and was ignored. The assistant I was left with seemed poorly trained and unaware of the nature of the visit. Multiple times had to inform the assistant that they couldn’t handle a cat in the way that they were. For example, they tried to lift up my cat by the scruff of his neck, which is dangerous for a cat of any, but especially his, size. By the time the doctor came to see my cat, I was already a bit frustrated with the process. But the worst was yet to come. The doctor’s needle handling was terrible. In the process of drawing a small vial of blood, the doctor got blood all over my cat’s leg, on his hands (he was not wearing gloves), and on the table. Instead of having gauze or cotton balls ready, be applied pressure to the wound with his bare hands. After drawing the blood, the needle was left on the table and bumped into the doctors clothes, my cats leg, before being moved to a place out of reach. The whole time, they are handling my cat roughly, and I’m trying to calm him down. The needle wouldn’t be put into a sharps disposal box until after the doctor left. I handed over the stool sample and it was messily placed into a sample collection container, with bits of it falling onto the blood-stained table. Just, filthy. Once the doctor left, I inquired about the stool sample, which I was instructed to bring. They didn’t seem to be aware that the stool sample was included in the visit. Lastly, when I got to the front desk I was told that although I was initially informed that the visit cost $500, the actual price was $630, including a $20 fee for paying with card. Apparently the assistant didn’t include the stool assessment (which i was explicitly instructed to bring) so i was charged an additional fee for the stool assessment. I was given attitude for asking why the bill was higher. Overall, would not wish this experience on a pet owner. There were many glaring issues, some more serious than others. Even a generous assessment of this establishment would raise the alarm about the unsanitary conditions of the clinic."
"So brought my cat here today and the staff was nice and informative however I feel my cat was mistreated as he wind up leaving without a nail on his paw!! He then was labeled as a “crazy cat” which is very unprofessional ! And offensive!! I don’t understand how I left for 20 minutes and came back and his nail was gone!! As trained professionals I expected better terminology and more professionalism period. My cat could have been medicated so he felt more comfortable and then he would have been less difficult to deal with as I wanted his nails trimmed but I was told I had to come back another time, that doesn’t make sense and is time consuming as I don’t live close by. The tech guy said he administered my cat an antibiotic for his missing nail which I was charged for and then he tried to have us leave without giving us a cone so he wouldn’t lick the wound and I had to ask for one as that did not make sense! I won’t be returning but be safe also I want to say that just because you’re in a newly gentrified area still treat everyone with courtesy and professionalism!"
"My elderly Friend's dog had problem with kids pause and suffering. I made the appointment for him and they discovered he had abscess, did all the tests x-rays, treated with antibiotics. Good experience and good price. Dog already nearly recovered. Friendly."
"I have been reading a lot of reviews about this place on google and I have to say all my concerns were gone when I had my appointment. My cat was in desperate need of medical attention and I got an appointment right away. The office is small but all the staff is kind and caring. They didn't try to "run-up" my bill or do any extra testing that wasn't needed. Now my cat is almost fully healed and because of the support I received I feel so much better about any future issues that may come up."
"Small neighborhood clinic with very caring staff. I took my cat here when he wasn't feeling well, they got me in same-day with no drama. The vet explained everything he was doing very clearly, and they asked me before performing any tests and let me know the cost."
