CVS

"I have always gotten my prescription on this CVS - 271 main st west orange . They have really messed this store. There is one pharmacist that is really nasty. I get there at 6:50pm and she is telling my prescription cannot be filled because they are closing in a few minutes. Well, I have always gotten this prescription at the same time whentheee is another pharmacist. That is problem # 1. Problem 2 , I could not get a prescription filled , the pharmacy told me my insurance rejected it. I gave the my card , even a discount card o have on their system and they said it is not covered , and if I wanted it, to pay over $500 dollars for it. I had gotten the same prescription for 2 years from them with the same insurance for 0- zero copay. Long story short, I called the insurance which in turn called the store and they found out they were wrong to charge me over 500 dollars when I should have paid zero dollars. Time to take my business to another pharmacy. Oh and she said she cannot do anything because she is the only one. Welll she should be thankful business is good. Hire more people instead of over working one person."

"Came here not to long ago for a few items and I was able to find everything that I needed easily and the store was very nice and clean too. Will definitely come back again in the future."

"Didn’t answer phone for 40 mins. Made a mistake by not telling me that my prescription wasn’t filled. Said I needed a prior authorization which was sent to doc…for a medication I was on for years and my doc never got that message. Said I should have been texted days ago, got the text today. Also, this is the only location that said they weren’t a participating pharmacy for my medication and I was charged more than everywhere else. Just odd."

"Called CVS to fill a prescription and the Pharmacist told me to be there at a certain time and I showed up and they told me they did not fill my order. After telling the pharmacy that it was very inconsiderate to have to me travel in the pouring rain with a disability and a child fir my medication the female tech laughed at me. They did not want to help me in. When I called them at 11 am in the beginning the Pharmacist didn't want to fill my prescription and I had 3 more refills left in my medication. They were so rude and disrespectful towards me and my child. GO TO WALGREENS DO NOT SHOP OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! If I could I would give zero stars..."

"Went today and they still did not get my medication delivered. Never have Enough of my medication in to fill a prescription. Before always a different excuse. Now recycled excuses. They had to reorder it again. Probably did not order it last week. Time to look for a new Pharmacy. I use the same medicine every month. Go somewhere else. Don't risk it!"
