"I recently had the unfortunate experience of organizing a group event and reserving a block of rooms. While the accommodations and facilities were acceptable, our overall experience with their group reservation and customer service left much to be desired. Our initial arrangement was to pay for the reserved rooms on behalf of our guests. However, to our dismay, the hotel charged our guests directly instead of billing us as agreed upon. This resulted in a significant inconvenience for both our guests and us. In our attempts to rectify the situation, we reached out to the group sales manager via calls and emails over the course of several months. Regrettably, our communications were met with silence, and our concerns were left unaddressed. As a result, we were left with no choice but to personally reimburse all our guests for the charges they incurred. This unexpected financial burden and the lack of cooperation from the group sales manager have been a source of frustration. I would caution anyone considering a group reservation to think twice. The hotel's customer service in handling group reservations is subpar, and the responsiveness of the sales manager appears to be lacking. While the accommodations may be suitable for individual stays, the handling of group reservations has left us questioning the competence and dedication of the sales manager. I sincerely hope that future guests will not encounter similar challenges when organizing events."

"Ordinarily we would have waited for our check out before writing this review But I am so upset that I have to write this review while am still in the hotel My friend and I just checked in at about 1am yesterday and this Lady here by Name Lashonda treated us like trash Very rude and has a very lackadaisical attitude and very saucy As if she's frustrated at someone and decides to take it out on us. We ll never stay here again The hotel looks quite new, neat and cozy But customer service from this Lady is zero."

"Very bad experience. Due the good price, I booked two rooms for 1 night for my family for a quick overnight do to our house renovation and we live close by. I became a Choice Hotel Member and requested early check-in and out at noon which was granted. The TAXED $150 room deposit was a surprise to me, so the staff member waived the deposit for 2nd room (so I thought). I was charged for two deposits anyway! The rooms were standard comfy but some things didn't work in each - then a man tried to enter our room with a key at 7am! - good thing we used our security latch! I called the front desk and got no apology at all just told it was a mix up on the computer. At 11am my adult son was told he had to leave the room and when I called to rectify it I was told there was no reservation information for one of the rooms. All keys were turned in at noon and I only received one receipt for one room and ended up having to call the 800 number to reach someone at the hotel because they didn't answer the phone with numerous attempts. I finally spoke to the person who screwed this all up and was told he will refund one of the deposits and send a receipt for the 2nd room. We will not return to this hotel ever again. You get what you pay for I guess. Such a shame."

"My first stay at this hotel was pleasant. However, my most recent has been marginal at best. The room itself was quite nice, however shortly after checking in some other guests started screaming directly outside my door, the outlets closest to the bed didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close without some serious work, there was a hair on the shower wall and the shower door couldn't stay closed. On the second day there was a mass influx of guests, who were loud and obnoxious particularly in the room above mine. The floors are VERY thin so I could hear everything going on, and the ceiling sounded like it was straining. This hotel is very convenient, but I don't think I'll be staying here again."

"It was our first and will be our last time staying at a Cambria Hotel. I am a gold choice member which means I stay in a lot of choice hotels this one fell far below my acceptable standard. The building looked nice and is fairly new. The check-in was clunky at best. The price was higher than what we booked it for. One of two key cards actually opened the door. We had to have them recoded several times during our 4 day stay. Never saw housekeeping once. We did request it and I have a text message confirming we did request it. (which i think is crazy that it has to be requested when paying $209/night) Unlike nearly every other choice hotel there is no free breakfast (even though i paid twice as much for the room compared to a comfort inn) half the lights in the room did not work and the bathroom door did not close the shower door kept sliding open on its own. There was a big long hair in the shower when we arrived. The room door was off level so the deadbolt did not latch unless you very forcefully pull up on the handle to realign the door. this is a both security and fire concern. Staff seemed very illusive and did not seem to want to help us. I will not stay here again."
