They take the time to explain what our dog needs, they help us understand our options in care, and always explain the charges before treating our pet. We feel like our dog is in the best of hands which is all any pet owner can ask for. We highly recommend this veterinary office."

"The staff is both extremely inexperienced and condescending. I took a cat that I found there. They couldn't tell the cat was already neutered. Drugging it to be neutered, they weakened the poor animal's immune system. They did not take my concerns about it pooping blood seriously. They took a sample and never got back to me. When the vet assistant explained how to administer medication he talked down to me, acting like I didn't know anything (I've successfully taken care of multiple animals over 23 years). The cat I found and tried to return to it's original owner died (to the owner's dismay). This "veterinary hospital" was of no help whatsoever. I had to take the cat to an emergency vet (who knew what they were talking about) to get an explanation as to what happened. Returning it to it's owner was a nightmare. They sell overpriced bullsh!t. Disappointing. Do better. Don't respond to me. Death is enough for me not to want to work anything out with you."

I’ve never been to a hospital where the entire team works with you and explains everything in detail. You are never left in the dark when it comes to your pet’s health. I bring my dog and cat for boarding and they love it! Highly recommend everyone at Prospect Ridge Vet."
