"Grooming is fine. Tracy, my pooch's groomer was very efficient and gentle with my dog. She was great! Gave a nice touch with a colorful clip! There were some clipper knicks and bruises on my dog's belly, but seems that's normal. The grooming station and the area around it could be a bit more sanitary. Not sure that its normal guven it was out first time at the groomer's. The prices are not what they seem right out of the gate. For example the initial quote was for $72 but then materials, taxes and tips all added up to be $100. I may go back there again, but after "shopping" around a bit"
"Excellent service. The service was fast, and, Tracy, the groomer was gentle with my pup and did a great job. Best of all, they let me stay there with him during the entire process. Really, the vast majority of groomers require that you leave when your dog is getting groomed. I'm never comfortable with this because you don't know how they're going to treat your dog and it's not like your dog can tell you if someone hurt them or something went wrong. My dog is my baby, and leaving him with perfect strangers makes me feel very uneasy. I am so glad I finally found Petco in West Orange."
