"The staff at West Orange Animal Hospital are amazing! They are so friendly and take care of my baby so well! Highly recommend them!"
"Today was our last visit at WOAH, and it would be an understatement to say that we will miss it (we are moving well out of the area). From the doctors and technicians to the front desk staff, we have never not been impressed by the extraordinary care given to our dog, Gus. Gus has required a bit of attention during his first three years – he's a power chewer and eater! – and they have treated him as if he were their own dog. I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful team of people, and I am forever thankful for the kindness they have shown me and my husband when we were at our most worried, and of course to our boy, Gus. We will miss them very much."
"We love the doctors and staff here. They are loving and gentle and even though our Boston Terriers get nervous at the doctor, they always give kisses bc they know they are in great hands."
"Great experience overall. Short wait time, knowledgeable doctors, comprehensive care for our senior dog. We used to go to East Orange Animal Hospital and Dr.Santiago is great there. Really good doctor who does not up-charge. Unfortunately, their multi hour wait time just doesn’t work with our full time jobs and a baby anymore. We are lucky to have pet insurance (healthy paws), so WOAH’s higher price tag is not a big issue."
"Used to be very good, Dr. Bruno and Perez are great drs. And so are most, Dr. Fitzgerald whom couldn’t find my dogs vein for blood work 4 times in the same spot, tried to tell me the dog doesn’t feel anything while he is clearly agonizing in front of us all, that’s after another one of my dogs died under her care for no diagnosis even though I was on it for about 3 months that day I called them at 8am, 9 am, 11 am, 12 am then lastly demandingly at 2pm and was then allowed to drop my sick dog in to die, I sincerely question her experience. Reception needs an overhaul they are overwhelmed and take it out on clients which is not good, I’m always polite with them, whoever the new lady in glasses is, I don’t think she’s cut for the job she’s slow constantly blaming on the computer system, literally 20 minutes to check out if you believe, with that said I have left this practice with 1 dead without attention all day dog and another 2 that still healthy and I’d like to keep it that way. Ultimately I couldn’t accept the multiple snaps by the new lady receptionist, she has no clue what she’s doing."
