"I just wanna say overall I love Cvs, but ever since the phenomenal pharmacist Shareen left, the lines have been ridiculous and the one thing that Shareen never stood for it was a long line customers come first and people on the phone can wait and for the past three months every time I go there the lines are outrageous, going very far down the aisle And like I said, the one thing Shareen made sure of is that she got the lines down as quick as she could no offense to the new pharmacist, but they really need to learn Shareen‘s way of work and get things done faster because people are in a rush people take Ubers and have to go And wait on that line as long as I’ve been for these past three months is outrageous other than that they’re nice and they always have what I want. That’s all I have to say."

"Went to take a family member to get a Covid booster. We waited for over 10 minutes and the staff looked at us waiting there, scowled, and did not say anything. When the pharmacist assisted us, she was very nice but the rest of the staff needs to be trained in customer service."

"DO NOT GET YOUR FLU SHOT AT CVS IF YOU HAVE CIGNA. Signs every saying "free" flu shots. Well, I have good medical insurance -- Cigna -- and was charged $22 for my shot. Thinking it was a mistake, I called Cigna and after 2 1/2 hours on the phone with them and the CVS I went to, I was told that CVS won't bill flu shots to my medical plan, only to my pharmacy plan. So instead of getting the free shot my insurance covers, I got stuck with a $22 charge to my credit card. The guy at my local CVS, was clueless about all of this and had to turn the three-way call with me and Cigna over to somebody else. She didn't know any more than he did. The Cigna representative finally figured out the problem and everybody left the call and left me holding the $22 tab. Your pharmacists should be familiar with company policies regarding billing procedures and should have told me that up front. Then I could have gone to any number of other pharmacies that would have honored Cigna medical and not passed on a $22 charge to me when I'm already paying for medical coverage. I used to be a faithful CVS customer, but no more."

"Very unhappy with the level of competence, friendly service and overall experience with this cvs pharmacy. The staff was rude not at all helpful and could not assist with processing a coupon I had for a particular medication. When it comes to your health, you need competent, caring individuals who can care for you. This pharmacy does not fit that at all. Stay away."
