"I would give this location negative stars if it were an option. This is the most disorganized pharmacy i’ve ever been to. The manager of this location needs to take a very close look at the Operations of this department. There are so many other options to pick up your medications. I would recommend any other location on the UES to this one. Avoid this CVS at all costs."

"Wow. They just closed the CVS on 64th and now the lines in the one on 72nd are just outrageous. The line for pick up is much longer that this one even. Suggest to move to Duane Read or Walgreens for scripts; I know I will!"

"1. Pharmacy always requires multiple rounds of waiting in line to find your patient profile 2. Pharmacy doesn't carry common painkiller in stock despite assertion from other CVS pharmacists they do 3. Pharmacy never filled antibiotic prescription after another 60 minute wait because... screw you I guess? You might be fooled into thinking the number of accessible CVS locations would make them a great option for you - don't do it."
