"The worst pharmacy in the neighbourhood. Slow service, incompetent personnel and medication out of stock. Average waiting time is incredibly long. If you have any choice- just avoid this place"

"Should not even deserve one star, but there’s no other option. These children running the store never have anything in stock, and often are WAY behind on whatever prescriptions are coming in. Furthermore, they have this thing where they will tell you they didn’t receive your prescription and then you’re basically left scre—. The line is always wrapped around the store as well. The customer service here is horrendous. Was forced to pick up here the last two times because I was in the hospital near by. Do not come here if you have options, you will spend your entire day here."

"Place is in disarray. Nothing is ever in stock. You wait around to find out you need to come back days later but like, you need it asap so how does that help? No offer to find a nearby location. Nurses offer to call in but no one answers. This isn't the first time it's like the 9th time for my wife and baby and it's not even flu season yet. Either get some staff, train them, get your inventory levels sorted out or shut the place down."

"The service used to be really good up front, but now it's just literal children running the store, and their service and abilities are negligible. I'm now walking an extra 10 minutes just to get what I need from another store. The pharmacists are incompetent and rude, and consistently steal my money by turning 90 day scripts into 30 day scripts, over my doctors' orders. Their assistants are usually very nice and capable though."

"The Customer Service in this store is Wonderful! To have transactions with people who actually Smile is always a plus! Tierra was my cashier and was patient and kind. Ozzie was also very helpful to me answering all my questions with ease. Definitely a positive shopping experience."
