"I went to the Walgreens Pharmacy location (Store #14369) at 1490 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10029 on Sunday Oct 31, 2021 around 11:00 AM to pick up two prescriptions. Only one prescription was available. I paid for it, and then I asked about the other one. The UNMASKED woman, with boredom in her eyes, mumbled: "prescriptionfilledoutelsewheresincenoinsuranceidunnowhereitis." Yes, this is difficult to read. Imagine trying to hear her speaking MASKLESS, so I don't know why she has a natural-born muffler in her throat. With her eyes looking more lifeless than a cheap GCI-generated character, I knew she was not going to help anyone, especially since she was not wearing a FACE MASK. I don't know her name, but if you check your timestamped security cameras, it's probably the listless woman WITHOUT A MASK. Since it was Halloween, she probably decided to role-play as a “NO MASK Lackadaisical Person Working in a Walgreens Pharmacy During a Pandemic and Not Caring.” I walked to another Walgreens Pharmacy. The other location was able to help me, even with a long line of people. I was able to get the prescription on the spot at the second - BUSIER - location. This prescription was important as it was for post-surgery care for a family member. Let me ask you: How does one busy location be able to assist, while the other location – which was more lifeless than a cemetery – fumbles, mumbles, and bumbles through it? I will try to put up a review. One gets a great one, the other one does not. Guess which one 1490 Madison Ave (Store #14369) is going to get?"
