"Please never come to this location for any vaccines or immunizations. The people at the pharmacy cannot do simple data entry, and will make you wait an hour for the most basic vaccine."
"I usually have a very poor experience when it comes to customer service at this location. However, I called the pharmacy this afternoon to request information regarding my delayed prescription. Usually, these conversations end up with the pharmacist being rude or hanging up on me. I want to personally thank the pharmacist, Artemis, for being so helpful, kind, and providing overall amazing client service. She was informative, personable, and genuinely wanted to help me. Being a pharmacist is definitely not an easy job and is extremely demanding. Although, Artemis clearly takes her job, and specifically her attitude towards customers very seriously. Please remember to be kind. You never know what someone is going through. Artemis, thank you. You are awesome at your job!"
