"Worst CVS experience I’ve ever had. Told to go to a different line (for no reason). Made us wait 25 minutes to give a pathetic attempt at a non-answer. Awful service. Everyone looks miserable and incompetent."

"Come to this CVS if you want pharmacy employees who: 1. Blatantly lie to you 2. Belittle you when you state facts. 3. Walk out screaming at you because they state their day went poorly due to no fault of your own even though you are the one who has a five year old daughter at home that is sick… don’t think anyone comes to a pharmacy when their day is going well. Came before the pharmacy closed they said they had pulled out the drawers early and refused to serve me. Then said the prescription had not made it, even though they had not taken my name or number. They all left after screaming at me. With another store employee who came up to me and apologized because he felt the other employees were out of line. Then a manager came around to talk to me and found the prescription. I live across the street and will not be back, easier to walk to Walgreens then deal with folks like this when your five year old is sick. Pharmacist was in the background and did not intervene or say a word. Now 10 blocks away and waiting 20 mins for them to move the prescription here since thr system is not straightforward. So have plenty of time to write this review."

"Cvs pharmacy on 77/bway did is again!!!! My experience is always great there....line moves fast. Heejin the pharmacist helped me get the correct meds for the best price. She even makes getting a PA from our doctors easy. Today I met the pharmacy intern, Keana. She was very kind and great too. I cannot say enough positive thinks about CVS Pharmacy on 77/bway. Thank you team!!!!"
