"The staff and service were good. However, the female dentist did 2 cavity surgeries for me and both of them failed. I end up removing both of them, one of my teeth even got worse and treated for root canal."

"I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Chen today. Dr. Chen and her staff made my visit very welcoming and pleasant. The receptionist radiologist and the doctor were very patient and took the time to explain every part of the visit and each process. Dr. Chen went above and beyond in patient care and demonstrated through modern technology the affect of the conditions in my mouth and my teeth. Dr. Chen did not rush my visit and never made me feel bad about the condition my mouth was in which I must say was a reason I dreaded dentist because I was embarrassed to open my mouth. I felt relaxed respected and no judgement with Dr. Chen, so much that I left the visit feeling like I didn’t look so bad after all and if I did the professionalism and diplomacy was a game winner with me!
