"I regret that I haven't read reviews prior to my visits. Quality of service was good, and both doctors and front desk were very friendly, but I faced issues with billing too. I've got deep cleaning scheduled and right before the procedure I was told at the reception that I have to pay full cost since they did not get confirmation from my insurance yet. I was assured that the procedure here is that I have to submit a claim to my insurance directly. I am a refugee who just starts getting familiar with US healthcare and insurance system, so I trusted the word. Therefore, as I couldn't have waited and delayed the procedure any longer, I paid $672 - which is huge for me, even assuming potential reimbursement through a claim. However, when I contacted my insurance trying to submit a claim, they mentioned that was a malpractice of the dental office and they never should have asked me to pay the full cost. Since the office is in network, it was their call to submit a claim, rather than charge me. And now I cannot submit that claim on my own, but have to request for a refund from the dental office while they submit a claim and get paid by the insurance. I sent a request to the dental office, and not taking this review down until I get paid back."

"Multiple issue regarding this office. Lack of transparency, lack of empathy, had my treatment plan reviewed by a second doctor and they stated it’s a cash grab. I was told by the coordinator this is treatment the doctor recommended based on my dental health. He let me know the importance of it. The fillings I was provided with was not placed in with care or professionalism hence why it feel out multiple time. Shila was very great! From personality to cleaning. Front desk girls very kind and welcome. I have reached out to the Office manager twice and she is not available after 4:00pm."

"Very modern and clean looking office. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shanin delivered the best care I've ever experienced for both my mother and myself when we went to get our wisdom teeth taken out. Especially as my mother had a very poor extraction experience years prior and was surprised with how quick and easy this one went. I would recommend to anyone for an in and out pain free experience."
