"A wonderful practice! Both in their care and bedside manner, East Village Dental Center delivers ideal experiences. They’ve been serving my family and the community at large for many years. The receptionists are so nice and welcoming. The hygienist hooked me up with a painless cleaning and the doc was lovely. One can witness how imperative the reception desk being bilingual is here and how courtesy, a smile, cleanliness and quality care are so important to the diverse demographic that surrounds this gem. It’s walking distance for me, but I’d travel here if it wasn’t! Bravo!"

"Sorry to say that my experience was not nice, doctor did not introduce himself, he was just there, and the person that cleaned my teeth? I felt I was drowning, aagggg, because all the water in my mouth, and the cleaning I felt was not finish or I was not happy with work being done!!!!!"

"To have a Front desk that never answer your phone calls especially when it’s very important to reach them is terrible. No point in leaving voice mails either. Quality Customer service is poor at the front desk. Once you get passed front desk it gets better, but that is if you can even reach them to even get dental care."

"A chaotic mess! The front desk staff is unprofessional and disorganized, making it essentially impossible to book appointments. I've made appointments with East Village Dental Center twice (Jan and Aug 2023). They don't have an online appointment system. They cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice. They call you on Friday at 4pm asking you to confirm your appointment within the next hour or else be charged with a late confirmation fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND - unless you want to spend 5+ hours to book your check up appointment."
