"Dr. Morales was extremely accommodating during my dental visit. I had recently moved to the area and my insurance told me that her office was within my dental plan. I called to schedule an appointment and her reception scheduled at a time convenient for me. When I arrived my insurance was giving me issues - while we sorted it out her assistant personally got on the phone with my insurance to coordinate faxing over paperwork to get everything settled. She still squeezed me into her schedule that busy morning despite the delay and was very thorough and a delight"

"It took 4 weeks to see the dentist and I still walked out in pain. Dr. Morales told me to come back after I find an oral surgeon so she could give me a referral. The dentist didn't show any concern or care for me as her patient, however, she was very sarcastic. She even went as far as to imply I was lying about even being in pain!!! This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office!!!"

"My husband walked in today and was out within 25 mins. He was told that his tooth was cracked and n oral surgeon would have to extract it - specifically because the depth of the crack could not be estimated. There was no x-Ray done, no further explanation. My husband was able to secure another appointment for one hour later with another dentist that took an x-ray of the tooth, examined with detail, explained the situation and the options in detail and offered a cleaning. Radically different experience!"
