"My experience was quality service. The receptionist Rosemary was attentive , contacting me when my appointment was not available and working with me to get an appointment before I left for vacation. Her response time was what I would expect from a professional establishment. The dentist and his assistant were gentle. The dentist explained everything to me in details that he was going to do as well as next steps. He showed pictures and checked in during the procedure to see if I was okay. I appreciate receiving services where they treat you well. I had been to the dentist 6 months earlier and they just said everything was as fine which I felt not that it was a lie but that it wasn’t about helping but just getting the money. When I seen this dentist he spoke about things and allowed me to feel like he wanted to help me and and adhere to quality standards. When I was leaving they even asked if it was ok for me to pay my yearly deductible at that time which is very thoughtful because I have been so financially burdened with the cost of medical assistance over the last 2 years. Although I can’t promise my experience to be as delightful as everyone else’s I can say that I recommend this dentist office based off my experience there."
