High Line Dentistry: Tema Starkman, DDS 212 West 15th Street, Manhattan, New York 10011

"Rude! Needed a cleaning before my travels, scheduled a time to clean only for Dr. Tema to email me the day before and tell me that she is not in the office. Fine, I rescheduled to another day. Guess what, she emails me AGAIN with the same message, the day before the cleaning. Now I am few days away from travel and have to find another place to get my teeth cleaned. When I brought up this complain she emails me back that maybe I should find someone else with more flexibility. 0 apologies. Informed her that I will be leaving a negative feedback only for her to follow up with an email calling me bitter and entitled. What is this place? On the bright side, I just moved to the city and was looking for a new dentist. She did a wonderful job to ensure I don't make her my primary one. Edit: It really is amazing how she continues doubling down. Why should I not be brave to post publicly instead of anonymously? Why am I still able to schedule times that don't work for you online, which is the main reason that led to having to reschedule TWICE, not once(you provided example of only one). And why did you respond so rudely when I mentioned my travel plans and the disturbance rescheduling is causing me. It is not about being fake it is about being professional. this is a business. You might want to think about hiring a receptionist to take care of the scheduling..."

I've been struggling with gum issues for years, and no other dentists I've seen have picked up on the issue. Dr. Starkman immediately realized there was a problem, made sure to get me an appointment with a specialist, and spent so much time with me ensuring I had good dental hygiene practices.
