"A co-worker recommended these apartments to me and I am so glad I took their advice. Right from the start, it felt like home. The leasing agent was very friendly and down to earth when I met him during the tour. After moving in, everything was perfect. Apparently, the apartments are under new management now. My neighbors told me and my husband that previous management neglected a lot of things and did not upkeep the building and the new management have done a great job in fixing things that were neglected by the previous management. You can really see the difference they have made. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live. The only downside I have noticed so far is that there is no light in my bedroom, but it's not a big deal since I bought a lamp."
"Scheduled a viewing for 4:30 and no one is at the office. The website says they close at 5pm and the phone is going to voice mail. I’m not going to even look at the apartments if I can’t get in contact with anyone so don’t bother wasting your time and go somewhere else where they’ll have present staff."
"Very quiet place to live and my neighbors are extremely nice. I have a renovated apartment with new cabinets and granite countertops. I like the fact that everything is done through a tenant portal online and that I can text them when at work. My last place was not the greatest experience. Coming here is such a difference as the maintenance guys and the manager is very responsive and super friendly! I love it here."
"If I could give zero stars I would! This place is awful!! New management took over a year ago and things went downhill quick. I was here for 5 years and had normal rent increases until the last year. Lease renewal came in at $100 hike! Zero amenities, no parks, no bbq stations, no upgrades in apartment until you vacate, NOTHING! Parking is beyond a joke, parking lot is full of potholes, trash piles up and dumpsters always overflowing, inside of buildings do not get cleaned, management is hardly ever on property and when they are, it doesn’t matter because, you won’t be let into the office without an appointment, getting a return call is next to impossible, rent has to be paid through an app and you get charged $10 to pay your rent, maintenance requests are only accepted through the app and they want you to try to make the repairs first, before submitting a work order. After arriving back home from a holiday away, I came home to a horrendous smell in my apartment, I was told my rotting and mold soaked bathroom subfloor was resident responsibility to fix ( see pics ) after a bit of push back, I was told they would send someone out on Monday! Nope, this was a true emergency service request and of course, I reminded them of EPA guidelines and that it was a Life Health Safety issue, they moaned about having to pay maintenance overtime ( totally not my problem) they finally sent someone out to take care of the issue. 2 months before my lease expired, they served me with a 60 day Non Renewal of lease, In 5 years of my residency, my rent was never late and I kept my apartment very nice and clean - no worries, I bought a house! Landlords don’t have to renew lease, but I knew they wanted me out, because they knew I was well versed in Tenant/ Landlord Act. The “property manager “ even asked for my insite on a few things when he was new to the property. The day before my lease end date and without any sort of notice of entry, maintenance walked into my apartment to try to start turning the apartment!! My lease hadn’t even expired yet and my move out inspection was scheduled for the next day ( my lease end date ) at 10:00am!!! Needless to say, that unlawful entry voided the necessity of a final inspection and I got 100% of my security deposit back, that I know they would have tried pick my apartment apart to try to keep my deposit!! They may be finally renovating these apartments and make them all pretty inside, but no one here cares about you, they just want the rent and can care less about anything else."
"These apartments are going down hill fast! Every since they got rid of a Ms. Leigh and Steve. The place is ridiculous. You have to pay your rent online. We no longer have the option to pay to the office. The rent skyrocketed and nothing to show for. When you renew your lease you have to another credit and background check. I used to love it here."
