"The only good thing about this place was the location because it's near everything But the service sucks so so bad!! Infested with roaches and bugs service is that to match just awful and rude like no other I had asked to get moved to a different room because of the messiness and because of their bugs. I asked first for my money back but they said they didn't do refunds, so I was moved to a whole other floor ,, omg it got worse smelled like weed, butt, and cigarettes. Just the worst of the worst. When I tried to speak to a manager a lady that looked like she literally just got done doing meth comes to the window with some purple hair just a hot mess I couldn't believe someone would actually leave her in charge anyways was rude as no other basically if i didn't like it I could dispute it with my bank. They have homeless folks coming in to try to warm up and she is so nasty to them she not only kicks them out and tells them she will call the police but she really does. She did this during the holidays was probably the rudest person I have seen in a long long time .. karma will bite back hard So while she thinks she has this CEO job girl it's nothing but a receptionist u will mess up and get fired in no time This whole motel needs to shutt down and get rebuild with all new employees.. just. Hottt mess. I had to report to the BBB let's see if this gets out"

"I was actually pretty impressed with this hotel. We stayed in room 607 Jan13-15. The room was very clean and we loved the view from up there. The price was extremely affordable and my favorite part was the great continental breakfast provided. I loved having strawberry and blueberry waffles with ice cold milk. Can't beat that! We definitely enjoyed our visit."

"The rooms were very dirty had stains on the bed sheets the room was outdated & barely looked like it someone even sweep the floor. When we decided to leave and go somewhere else the manager tried to charge my husband & I $40 for the breakfast we ate because housekeeping told her there was nothing wrong with the room until I showed her the pictures I took so she said since we still ate we will be charged $20 for 1 waffle and a bowl of cereal. Not once did she care or apologize for the room being dirty all she cared about is that we ate breakfast and we needed to be charged for that. I don’t think we should have been charged anything because it’s not our fault that the room was dirty and we had ate breakfast before seeing the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. We ended up going across the street and staying at the Hampton Inn and it was the best."

"Stayed here for three days. Pool was great, but the lounge chairs were ratty. Parking was fantastic and the location was obviously great with the beach right there. The carpets in the hotel rooms could use a deep clean. I'd come out of the shower just for my feet to turn black from walking in the carpet. Speaking of the shower, it only had two settings - hot and molten hot. The showerhead was on its way out and there was no decent flow."

"I am hesitant to leave a good review because I want them to have availability when it's time for our vacation. LOL This place is a great spot. It's not perfect but it fits the bill and we like it. I hate spending time researching hotels. I'd love to stay ocean front but it is so expensive. This place is just across the street. You can still see the ocean from the balcony on the left side. I was really disappointed that they stopped having eggs for their breakfast. But the employees have always been kind and helpful."
