Travelodge by Wyndham Virginia Beach

"Pictures of the rooms are very deceiving on the website. Everything is very outdated.. We did not feel very comfortable in the elevator. Going to our room felt like walking in a dungeon. The room was not very clean. The bathroom very very small. The toilet sets diagonal to the tub with the front of the toliet all but touching the tub. Even though we used Wyndham rewards for the room, we still had to put down a $50 deposit. We've never been asked that before at any other hotel. We are diamond members for Wyndham rewards. Needless to say we will never book there again"

"Do not come here. It’s unsanitary from the sheets, towels, to even the floors. I found random pieces of hair all over the place that belonged to several different people. I found food crumbs on the floor I found pubes all up in the toilet. And I forgot to mention that this was the second room we received because the first one smelled like death; we got a headache upon entering. I’m not trying to be cruel and I’m a young college student who doesn’t mind having even staying in a motel. But this place was not clean kind or comfortable. I wish I would’ve spent 20 bucks more to get a better or even just a cleaner hotel. (The maids are extremely nice though can’t say the same about the people who work upfront.)"

"Great price for the location, literally walk across the street and you are on the boardwalk!! The room was average, the floor could have been a bit cleaner but overall decent considering the price for the awesome location. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our beach vacay! And would stay there again."

"Please pay alittle more at a different place. This place is awful. They need to update everything! Bed was like sleeping on rocks. I asked for couple towels. And did not get them. So I was unable to get cleaned up for a wedding. The shower head was lose. Only thing I liked was the pool was well kept. No housekeeping and no breakfast either. Never staying here again. I could have saved by switching to sleeping in my vehicle. This is so awful!"
