"My husband and I, came here to get away from our house and kids for a night. We are Hilton Honors and Diamond members. Upon arrival and check in,the staff was rude,and acted as if they hated there jobs. As a hitlon diamond member we was suppose to get special parking and a gift bag neither of these where offered. We paid for a queen suite,and the bed was a full size. It was suppose to of had a kitchenette and all it had was a refrigerator and 30 year old microwave and no dishwasher. The comforter was worn out to the point it was like a sheet. The soap dish was falling off the wall. The game room, the games didn't work correctly. The only part of the stay that we enjoyed was the pools. We travel for work and stay at Hilton across the country, we have noticed a decline in Hilton over all quality sense covid but for this to be one of there premier properties, it's definitely subpar. We paid almost $200 for 1 night in the off season and our money would of been better spent,at one of the off brand hotels but in general we will probably only stay at Hilton Products if we have to in the future. If you are looking to bring your family to Virginia Beach, and spend over $200 a night for lodging,choose some where else."

"This place is nicely located for restaurants and stores. But having come in the winter most shops are closed. The room was adequate, but for what is paid NO room cleaning or changing of towels/linens. I suppose you could ask for this service and maybe pay extra. BUT all employees are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site with a few offerings. Adult only pool in the hotel next door. Indoor pool on this site."

"The location was perfect by the water. Even though it was cold when we went last week, it was nice to walk around the Christmas light especially at night. The only con is the metal bed in the bigger room was a little too tough for my back but anyways we still had two more beds to sleep on so if you have a big family or lots of friends, the whole room can sleep eight people. I give it a 4 out of 5"

"Room was kinda cramped. Was sad that we are right next to the ocean and that there was not a window in the room that we could open for fresh air. Since the day we arrived there were wet paint signs in the elevators. The paint was never wet. Until it was. In my opinion if you are working on an elevator you should not let guests use them. I ended up with paint in my hair, my 200 dollar jacket is completely ruined and so was my purse. They refunded my resort fee which was 100.00 but I didn't feel that was enough. Then we booked a review of our membership. We rushed back from our sons naval graduation to attend only to be told that they overbooked and we would forfeit all the things promised. Just want to say as members...we were very disappointed with this visit."

"We had a pleasant stay. Our room was a suite with small kitchen, separate bedroom and a spacious common area. Family of 4, 2 had to sleep on a sleeper sofa, not very comfortable. Location is right on the boardwalk and beach. One thing I noticed though is there is lots of city noise, especially overnight. Outdoor pools are nice, a little on the small side. The adult indoor pool/hot tub area is nice, don't have to deal with kids doing canon balls right in front of you! They have a cafe attached to the hotel but it would be nice if you could charge to your room instead of having to carry your wallet with you. Overall, it was nice. Would go back."
