"By far the worst run hotel I have ever been in. They put me at the very end of the hall and my keys never work so I get all the way up to my room and I have to come all the way back down at least twice a day and by the time I do get in my room Housekeeping has still not come by. The bed is never made up. The room is never clean. There are no new towels and nobody seems to care. I cannot wait until I can get out of here and I’m telling you now do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost, and let it run itself right into the damn ground because that’s where it’s headed. Hilton needs to get somebody over here with any kind of hospitality before the ones that don’t get this place closed down."
"I've stayed in plenty Homewood Suites across the U.S. Non of them compare to this one. The whole Hotel needs a facelift. As soon as I got my 1 King Suite I was greeted by an amazing amount of cigarette smell on the second floor. A non smoking floor. Stains still on the dishes that were still in the dishwasher. Stains on the sheets. My youngest was running around barefoot, cause that's what 2 year old do. When I picked her up I looked at her feet and they were dirty as if she was running on the concrete all day. My 2 night stay turned in the short 1 night stay."
"Maybe I just went on a bad day. I was given keys to a room that wasn't ready. They assigned me a new room which appeared cleaned at first glance. I found someone underwear and a used set of towels after closer inspection. Had to locate the dishes in the dishwasher and the set was incomplete. I'm not sure how the housekeeping manager approved the room as ready. I purchased my own sheets for the bed because I wasn't confident in the cleanliness of the room. Hilton brand would be disappointed in the overall quality of the hotel. Great price for the area, but everything else is lacking. 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! 14 days of revenue lost due to poor service."
"This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Hilton property. I did the advanced check-in via the app with an arrival time of 1600. After a 9 hour drive, we didn't arrive until around 1930. Upon arrival, the first thing that I noticed was the total lack of parking for Hilton Honors Diamond members. This was only a minor inconvenience since the parking lot was relatively small, and there seemed to be enough parking to go around with equal distance to the front lobby. Once I entered the lobby, there wasn't a single sole managing the front desk. I had to wait about 3 minutes for them to notice us on the CCTV that they monitor from the room behind the front desk. And, since there wasn't a subtle way to single we were waiting, you just have to hope that they peek at their monitor in a timely fashion. Once the front desk person finally arrived, i was issued my room key and confirmed my reservation. I wasn't told anything about any amenities offered, nor was I acknowledged as a Diamond member. Of course, this is minor, but still something that I am accustomed to when staying at any other Hilton property. Once we entered the room, we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned at all. As a matter of fact, it looked like the previous occupants had just left. I have attached pictures, so I will let them speak for themselves. Went back to the front desk to request another room. The new room was only slightly cleaner than the first one. However, there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the room phone, which didn't even work, was covered in some clear sticky substance. I took the phone down to the front desk, but never received a new one. I guess it's a good thing we didn't need it. Luckily, we always travel with Clorox wipes so we could wipe down all the horizontal surfaces in the room. Now, let's discuss the staff for a moment. First off, minus the ones that actually wore some sort of name tag, it was impossible to tell them apart from the other guests. And, I want to thank the particularly inappropriate comments made by one of the kitchen staff to my wife about her workout and physique; the comments were unsolicited and unwanted. This place was complete void of the hospitality that should be standard for this industry. The professionalism bar was set very low here. I ended up cutting my time here by a week, and checking into another hotel for the remainder of my trip. The part that really bothers me is that I had a friend visiting from out of town that I recommended staying here too. I actually found myself apologizing to him for this recommendation. This was my first, and very last time staying at this particular Homewood Suites."
"Everywhere we needed to go was within minutes. The service was great throughout our stay. The room had a nice set up and was clean. The complimentary breakfast was decent. I was hoping for waffles. Someone else was looking forward to oatmeal, but if that's the only thing that was missing we are perfectly okay. It was well worth the price. Thank You Hilton Staff!"
