"Worst experience ever all around, I had less problems dodging bullets at my last residence. Forget about the washer and dryer that I will never receive, their grounds keepers shattered my patio door took over a month almost 2 to get the glass replaced, still no screen from when I initially moved in to the back door or living room window. So take in all the fumes you can while cleaning. Everytime I call the office I'm met with attitude as if I'm bothersome, and always told maintenance is doing emergencies and working from the bottom up on their list. So not having a securely locked door is not an emergency. Now the wobbly toilet that I reported shortly after moving in, then a month later after I guess they got tired of me calling the office for issues so suggested I put in requests on line. Did that a month ago, of course no one ever came. Guess they're still handling those emergencies so now water is coming up from the base of the toilet. I've called multiple times and left messages, oh and they screen their calls in the office with the caller ID. I've witnessed that in person. I just moved in 2 months ago, should've been more careful and took my time."

"Maintenance is pill addicted. They start leaf blowers and lawn mowers at immediate sunrise. Office never answers phone calls. apartments are in poor condition due to sloppy turns. Management staff is rude and unprofessional. Specifically Latonya and Bobby. Let me make it easy for you: don’t live here."

"Lets just say, I am glad I waited a full month before I decided to write a review because I am slowly understanding the flow of this complex. The other reviews are right: yes this place is under new management and the new staff are trying their BEST to please us residents and cleanup the mess of the previous company. With that said, there is still work to be done (better ventilation in the public laundry facility, storm drain maintenance, and other inhouse things like pests HOWEVER, However, however, I must say whenever I email them, I get a response w/n 30mins to 12hrs by management (real ppl not machines) and if I call with no answer someone does call me back. The saying goes you get what you paid for so keep that in mind because the rent is quite inexpensive."
